Hi everyone, I have just bought my first boat but the guy who sold it to me did not know what the make and model are. I think that the hull dates from the 70s as it has some very tasteful purple and white speckled paint underneath the existing colour. It has been re-engined at some time with a Rover V8 which can be seen because the engine mounts are different. The dials are also about 15 to 20 years old. I need to find out what it is so I can insure it so if anyone has any information I would really appreciate it.
Regards

No, I suggested a cross between Tremlett and Thames Mariner. The deck immediately says no to Tremlett.

I remember seeing an 18ft delta which was very rare, has similar lines to this. No matter what it is its a rare find :)

I'm pretty sure it's a Delta ... the pre production model to the Delta Elite that had the ford 305 V8 lump in it ...it should have a Rover V8 in it but someone may have tried something else in it ?
They had a black leatheret padded dash fitted with many dials from different makers.. Smiths etc

I have sent the picture to the man who assisted Ray Wright in the design of the Deltas and lets see what he says.

Thanks for all the info so far. I have had others say they think it is a Delta and also that it may be an early Century CTS.
The interior does have black leatherette and lots of dials!

I am sure we will name the make soon :)
