30hp or 40hp outboard wanted

I am looking for a 30HP or 40HP outboard. It does not have to be a classic as it is to go on a 1960 Mitcham Marine outboard hull I am restoring now. I think John would agree, that keep the boat as is, but update the power unit.

Quite happy with a 25hp shortshaft if anyone has one.
